BDA AGM & Dinner To Be Held At Royal Thames Yacht Club On Friday 15 January 2010

The 2010 British Dragon Association AGM and Dinner will take place on Friday 15th January 2010 at the Royal Thames Yacht Club, Knightsbridge, London.  The formal AGM Notification and Agenda will be circulated to members shortly but in the meantime please arrange your dinner tables and book your tickets now.  This is always one of the social highlights of the winter season so don't miss out, and don't forget you can make a day of it by visiting the London Boat Show at Excel before coming on to the dinner in the evening.

The evening will get underway with pre-meeeting drinks at 1800.  The meeting will start at 1830 prompt and dinner will be called at 2000.  Any guests wishing to attend the dinner but not involved with the AGM will be welcome to gather in the upstairs bar at the Royal Thames to await the conclusion of the meeting.
 
This year's menu is:-

Quails eggs with Russian salad and Coronation dressing
Pot roasted shoulder of Norfolk pork with a mustard mash and Bramley apple gravy
Praline and almond choux bun with Amoretto berries and Champagne jelly
Coffee
(Vegetarian and other special dietary needs must be advised in advance)
 
Cost: £52 per person for dinner, payable in advance, preferably by bank transfer to the British Dragon Association, Lloyds TSB Bank plc, Account No.: 03090827; Sort Code: 30-00-08. Please reference your payment with your surname followed by AGM Dinner. Cheques made payable to the British Dragon Association will also be accepted.
