Current Fleets

Dragons are raced throughout the UK and Ireland in various numbers. The greatest concentration is in the South and South East of England, with fleets of 25 or more boats, sailing on the river Medway and river Crouch, and in the Solent. In addition, some UK owners keep their boats on the French south coast, where there are a number of regattas sailed during the winter season. The Dragon has had a resurgence in popularity in the Republic of Ireland over the last few years, and substantial fleets can now be found in the following locations:
